The aim of the project was to study the effect of changing geographical position on foreign women, temporarily residing in Azerbaijan, as well as to create a collective image of foreign women in society. Most often during the interview sounded themes of disorientation in space and alienation, sometimes leading to isolation and powerlessness. However, positive keynote sounded the theme of expanding horizons, interest in the environment and high tolerance to all kinds of differences in society. The choice of correspondents was determined with the age range, marital status, working and not working foreign women.
All participants agreed to participate in the art project on a voluntary basis. The survey was conducted within 6 months from September 2013 to February 2014.
The artist's works were exhibited as part of the prestigious personal and collective exhibitions around the world – from the UK to Norway, France, Angola, Korea, Turkey, and more recently – and in Azerbaijan, where the artist currently lives and works.
